I'm Sasha Branch, a patient advocate and navigator. I help individuals, families, and practices move through insurance denials, prior authorizations, provider searches, and the moments in between, with steady, trauma-informed support.

A bridge between clinical care and everyday life

I built The Compass Collective for the people who fall through the cracks: the patient whose medication keeps getting denied, the family that doesn't know which number to call, the person carrying grief with nowhere to set it down.

My background sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and human services. I've spent years inside specialty medicine working on prior authorizations and insurance navigation, and I pair that with graduate training in trauma and crisis counseling.

What I am not is a therapist. I name that openly because it matters. I work alongside licensed clinicians, not in place of them, and when something is outside my scope, I say so and help you find the right person.
